The Laptop Fiesta programme was introduced with a focus to bridge the digital divide and uplifting digital literacy further by empowering students, entrepreneurs, small-scale businesses, and knowledge seekers. The programme enabled both fixed and mobile customers to enter the giveaway throughout the year by making bill payments and reloads and stand a chance to be the lucky winner to win laptops.
