President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed his aide on new media, Lauretta Onochie, as the substantive chairman of the Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
This was conveyed in a letter addressed to the Senate President Ahmad Lawan.
In the letter which was read at Wednesday plenary on Wednesday morning 23, Buhari asked the Senate to confirm the nomination of Onochie as NDDC board chairman and that of 15 others as board members.
