The Little Mermaid actor, Halle Bailey has announced they she and boyfriend DDG welcomed a son in 2023.
Bailey shared a photo of the baby’s hand, with a gold bracelet adorning his wrist with his name: Halo.
“Even though we’re a few days into the new year, the greatest thing that 2023 could have done for me, was bring me my son.. welcome to the world my halo,” Bailey wrote in the caption, adding with laughing emojis, “the world is desperate to know you.”
“My biggest blessing by far son son.. never been so in love,” DDG wrote in a caption of the same photo on his Instagram account.
The news comes after months of speculation that Bailey and DDG were expecting, with Bailey even pushing back against the speculations.
For months, she wore baggy clothes to hide her tummy, then in December, she posted a video if herself with a flat tummy but observers commented that she had all the physical attributes of a woman who just welcomed a baby.
