It looks like the Kardashian family just grew by one bearded dragon. In her latest Instagram post, Kim Kardashian shared a snapshot of her daughter, North, with the family’s newest pet, a gold bearded dragon named Speed. Naturally, because she lives in the gilded environs of the Kardashian home, she’s not just a normal bearded dragon — she’s got custom-made SKIMS and a jewel reminiscent of Lil Uzi’s latest flex. (It’s unclear how the jewel is on the animal, which has raised questions in the comments).
Kim and Co. felt the need for Speed.
Kardashian’s gallery shows several shots of Speed in a cozy-looking pink hoodie (of course North is matching). In what may be a sneak peek of SKIM’s next expansion, Kim also showed white and tan versions of Speed’s pink jacket, in addition to a trio of Neopolitan ice cream-hued robes. It’s the ultimate in cozy for the family’s new cold-blooded pal.
“Meet the newest member of our family … Speed. I really wasn’t planning on liking Speed the way I do but she grew on me! Speed was really my BFF Allison’s and we babysat for a week and she never left and it’s been months!” Kardashian wrote. “Speed got a makeover with custom Skims Cozy and even the Lil Uzi jewel (Speed actually got the jewel a few months back; North always knows what’s up!). North and her bearded dragon go everywhere together it’s kinda cute!”
Kardashian is already mom to three pups, a trio of Pomeranians, in addition to her human children, North, Psalm, Chicago, and Saint. According to EverythingReptiles, “the bearded dragon is a friendly lizard that can be welcomed into any home,” so Speed should fit right in.
