A woman destroyed her husband’s international passport and proceeded to disrespect him in front of a crowd at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos state.

 

The woman, her husband, and their kids had just arrived Lagos from a country abroad when the incident happened on Saturday, August 10.

 

In a video shared online, someone is seen confronting the woman about tearing her husband’s passport but the wife was not remorseful.

 

“Na me tear am,” she replied, then added, “Na your own?”

 

The torn pieces of the passport can be seen scattered on the floor.

Customs officers, airport staff, and passengers are seen observing the incident.

 

After a while, the wife orders her children to follow her while she tells her husband, “If you want to sleep there, you sleep there.”

 

She then leaves with her son and daughter.

Others at the airport are seen telling the man to remain calm.

 

“Bros, just take am easy,” they said.

 

The husband remained calm through it all and did not react.

When he tried to speak, a voice is heard saying, “No talk. You be man. You be man. As you no talk, e dey OK.”

 

The husband, alongside an airport staff, then went to pick up the torn pieces of his passport.

The man filming, who seemed to have been on the same flight with the couple, added that the woman started acting up while they were still on the plane.

 

“Na so e be for inside flight since,” he said
